Q. How will I know what my signs will look like?

A. Once we have received your enquiry or order our design team will send proofs for your approval.
These proofs can be ammended as many times as you like until you are completely satisfied.

Q. I'm not sure what signs I need, could someone advise me?

A. Yes of course we can, just call or email us for help.

Q. Can I include my logo or symbol on my sign?

A. Yes, if you have a designed logo that is print ready just email it to us or bring it in on a disc or USB stick so we can use it on your design. If your logo is just on a business card or letterhead we will need you to bring it in for scanning or a clear scan emailed so we can advise if it is usable.

Q. How do I send my artwork?

A. When supplying artwork please send the highest possible quality. You can send your ideas and requirements in the following file types - JPEG, PDF, Word, Publisher, EPS, AI.
Full print ready artwork should be CMYK, have crop marks, fonts converted to curves, 300dpi, PDF files.

Q. How will I receive my signs?

A. If you are local you can collect your signs from our premises. If not we can send all products out, securely wrapped with a courier service.

Q. How do I order?

A. Just follow our "how to order" guide. If you get stuck just call or email us and we'll guide you through.

Q. How long will my sign last?

A. All our sign making materials are 100% weatherproof. ALl printed signs use UV resistant inks, vinyls and laminates. When cared for our signs can last for at least 10 years
